I Love September because it is my birthday but also for all the ‘coming back’ it brings. From school to work to routines, it’s the best time to reset and recommit to our selves, our bodies, our minds,  and most importantly? Our to-do lists!

Come to the group classes and discover the benefit of Aeroballet … this is my signature workout! A full-body workout concentrates on: the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms and most important BRAIN… The technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any strong jumping. Small movement in fast repetitions will shape your body and give results in a very short time. Each tone section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long and lean muscles.
The technique works to challenge gravity
and lift our bodies up!

The cardio section energizing rhythmic workout integrates ballet, jazz and aerobic dance moves into a fluid and continuous low impact session. It is a non-traditional approach to aerobics.
