In addition to the physical benefits we strongly value that dance can also support you mental wellbeing. The endorphins you feel when you leave the classes are almost addictive and when you see and feel results you feel much happier and confident with your body.

We are passionate about moving bodies and designing dance workouts for everyone as age is just a number! Each workout will have a main group target age but we can recommend different combinations to find what works better for your body. Also we suggest you take a variety of classes to boost your metabolism and stop a plateau.

You will see results in 10 sessions, depending also on your nutrition plan. Whether you would like to lose weight or gain it we also offer some bespoken ‘homework’ in order to get the body you want in the shortest amount of time.

We blend a barre-based workout with intervals of cardio (dance Choreography) , strength training (resistance), stretching and recovery? Dance conditioning workouts work where arms, thighs, seat and abs get sculpted in the form of long, lean, gorgeous muscles. Simply said, we take the best of interval training and turn up the volume. Interval sets use your body’s own weight as resistance. Muscles are targeted and overloaded to the point of fatigue, then stretched for relief.  It’s difficult and not for everyone, but that’s precisely why it works.


We recommend at the least 2 classes weekly, with 3 or 4 you get faster results. In order to keep the results going we change routines every 3-4 weeks.

The main routine is  Aereoballet (or Aeroballet ), a combination of Aerobic and Ballet. This routine make your body lean and your muscle strong! It is a mix of  ballet techniques, cardio Jazz work and isometric conditioning exercises. The routine is 55 minutes and it is divided in different moments: warm up, barre, arms, cardio choreographies, isolations and stretch. Aereoballet is combined in your cross training with Barre Express , Pure stretch or Choreography workout. Coordination and tensegrity are very important in this training.

Absolutely not! Bold bodies is movement for everyone. Our classes are small and everyone is followed carefully. The positions and movements are basic – it is the range of movements that make the difference.

WATER, ballet or jazz shoes, or socks, comfy outfits…and patience, the first challenge is always a trauma!
