I’m a big fan of Dance cross training, so I never like to do the same thing, thats why I teach different classes….all based on Dance conditioning and dance routines. NEED A FAST RECOVERY?

If you just want to forget your tequila-gin-rum what ever saturdays drink, or other activities from the night before, the perfect class will be the Sunday Disco: Le Discoteque… all post-anxiety stress goes away!  There’s no faster way to recover than by watching yourself (and others) in the mirror as you try to keep up with the dance moves to look good! Especially post-night-out with residual tequila still in your system.

Tuesday night Core-Stretch-Flex or Pure Stretch on Sunday or Contemporary Motion…A deep breath, disconnect from the stress, re-connect with your system, stretch and extend your body as close to zen as possible. Hell, you deserve it.


TOTAL FREAKING?

Keep that feeling for as long as humanly possible (because it’s #lifemess) and jump in AEROBALLET classes… push yourself in the second track of warm up (usually are jumps) and ask double tempo on the choreography bits… you will feel regenerated!
