The aim of the retreat or workshop is to provide an antidote to the repetitive, restrictive movements of modern life through reacquainting ourselves with our bodies. Body and Dance Conditioning to tone, balance and improve your lean muscles and Yoga inspired stretches will optimize core stability and posture. Vegan Juices available and local vegetables and fruits can be delivered in place to make delicious meals. Part of the retreat is a workshop session where we will learn how to self recover ourselves using food.

Artemisia, the cleanse workshop will explore techniques to remove common irritants, while nourishing ourselves with vegan and whole foods from our recipes repertoire. Together, we will clean emotional and physical blocks to reveal a more focussed and vibrant version of ourselves.
Maybe you’ve been pretty consistent about eating fruits and veggies, making workout classes at least once a week, and going to sleep at a reasonable hour. The holiday period impacts the health habits of even the most disciplined among us. We will learn how to deal with the desire to consume sugar and unhealthy food and how to embrace habits that bring our challenges to another level. In other words how we strip away layers of false beliefs.
In our 120 minutes where you will do different activities. A- Body map, to find where you feel weak or areas where you need improvements; b- Learn your daily routine 45 minutes of total body workout that combine with Artemisia food will offer you amazing result in short time. I will lead you from a breathing exercises to a cardio sweaty session where we will use full body with techniques from ballet, aerobic, yoga, contemporary dance. You will experience how we can re-balance your body. c-A digital manual with recipes and criteria to cleanse the body for 2 weeks, you will understand the principle and have basic recipes to work with; d- Techniques to manage the cravings, meditation and workout, special tricks, sage help, aromatherapy
You will experience a full range of movements — alignment for postural integrity, core strength, breath work, and relaxation. The session will be concluded with a liberating feeling and a clarity that will give you what to do next to transform your body in the best biomechanics shape.
Cleanse focuses particularly on inversions and backbends, which are especially useful in working the gut and optimizing metabolism for who has weight management problems.
