Unplug from your busy daily life and recalibrate the mind and body through a immersive, dance fitness and wellness program in Montepagano, Italy. We deliver results through a strict philosophy based on movement, empathy, food discipline. Limited to 4 guests each session. Each day consists of 3-4 hours of low impact activity, fitness classes and a connection with nature’s healing elements, taking place outdoors, or within the property’s open-air pool. To further assist in calming the mind, we recommend disconnecting from your electronic devices. For those that need to stay connected, we ask that you limit any usage to your private room which is equipped with wi-fi.
The aim of this retreat is to provide an antidote to the repetitive, restrictive movements of modern life through reacquainting ourselves with our bodies. Body and Dance Conditioning to tone, balance and improve your lean muscles and Yoga stretches will optimize core stability and posture. Vegan Juices available and local vegetables and fruits can be delivered in place to make delicious meals. Part of the retreat is a workshop session where we will learn how to self recover ourselves using food.

Where to stay:
All retreats run from Sunday to Sunday, in the seven days you have 4 days of workshops and 3 days free You can book more than one week if you wish. Check-in time is usually from 12pm, but each time is slightly different. And we ask that you check-out by 12pm noon. When you book your stay we can organise your transfers to and from the Pescara airport. Group transfers are shared between up to 4 people and run on Sundays on arrivals around 21 pm and same in the way back. Or any-time transfers are available (for up to 4 people) any time of the week. The transfer is around 40 min.
